Cancellations

We all understand trips may need to be cancelled for a variety of reasons.

Below is summary of terms of cancellation.

• Once your trip deposit is paid for, we will issue you with a  refund if you are postponed  due to weather and you wish not to keep trying. Please see full terms and conditions on refunds.
• Weather: What can appear to be lovely day inland can be quite a different story at sea. The skipper will make the final call by 19.30 the evening before the charter or before if the forecasting permits.
• E-mails and Voicemails to us will only be deemed to have been sent by you once you have received a return e-mail from us confirming your actions.
• You must confirm with us that the trip will go ahead before you / your party travel to the marina.
• Reading the comprehensive Terms and Conditions document is essential before your trip.
